We believe there are three levels of impact – personal impact, organizational impact and global impact. Leaders in the nonprofit sector often only think about mission and getting things done. In the process they often stress-out or burnout. Much of the work at Calm Impact is centered on individual self-care and healing. Impact Analytics is about understanding the organizational strengths and weaknesses. Calm Impact offers various Assessment tools to help analyze your nonprofit organization’s effectiveness and impact. The idea behind these assessments is to provide visual reports so that you can strengthen your organization’s effectiveness and/or impact. Below are a few samples of how the Assessment tools can help your organization.
Detailed assessment for self-analysis. Most Board of Directors do not know how much they know OR do not know about the effectiveness of their board. Most board members do not know how to evaluate themselves. This assessment provides a quick snapshot of board strengths and weaknesses. It is often used by boards to determine which areas to focus future learning needs and development. It can also be used as a tool to help a board become more accountable to themselves and the organization. This is highly recommended for boards to assess their strengths and areas that need improvement.

New executive directors rarely know all organizational aspects of their organization; much less, all organizational strengths and weaknesses. This basic organization Strengths Assessment provides the team with an overview of areas where it needs improvement. This is ideal for new or relatively new organizations. You will receive link to be answered by three people – the Executive Director, a board member and a lead staff if available.
This organizational assessment is designed for small to medium nonprofit organizations. For most informative report and graphs, a detailed questionnaire is designed with input form the organizations leadership team (including both staff and board). The areas of analysis, include Mission & Vision, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Policies and Procedures, HR matters, etc.
